“Extremely nice and helpful staff with awesome rooftop terrace, well located near the center”

Liked: Extremely nice and helpful staff with good breakfast; awesome terrace with view on the rooftop; very well located near the center; awesome atmosphere.

Disliked: Almost no daylight in the room, but that's what you obviously get when booking a cave;-)

“Lovely Experience, but Room Could Be Improved”

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room size was okay, but unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the sewer, and the AC didn’t work very well. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night. The breakfast was lovely, a traditional Turkish breakfast with a great selection beautifully served at our table. Overall, it was a nice experience for a short stay in Cappadocia, but the room definitely needs some improvement.

“Beautiful hotel and terrace with picturesque views”

Liked: It was very clean and the terrace was absolutely beautiful. You get to see the balloons up so close. And the cave atmosphere of the hotel was just amazing. I definitely like that a lot.

Disliked: I wish breakfast could have been a little better. The food was usually reheated and served. It would have been nice if it was fresh.
