Goreme Palace Stone Hotel

Liked: Host Erol was the best. He was super kind and helpful with any issues. Booked all my fun experiences like air balloon ride, atv fun and give great recommendations. Hotel don’t have many rooms but they are nice size and modern with great location and breakfast.

Disliked: Terrace is tiny. On pictures it looks much bigger

Liked: Everything was beautiful, The communication and hospitality is so good. The rooms were aesthetic and clean. The breakfast spread is delicious. Khan is extremely helpful with all details of the area and how to plan your day.

Liked: Location was excellent and the interior design was really tasteful.

Liked: Breakfast is super great! Truly recommend it

Disliked: Price is very low despite the wonderful location, but we need to keep in mind that AC Hair drier were not installed in the room, which may be bothering to some people.

Liked: Comfortable room and well functioning air conditioning. Shower has great water pressure. Great location. Easy walk to the shops and bus station. They have a small rooftop terrace that allowed us to view the rising hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast was adequate and suffice. Easy communication with the staff. They accommodated our request to have an early morning check out.

Disliked: Cleanliness could be better as certain parts were a bit dusty. As the hotel is quite new, it’s still appeared as its old name in google maps and causing our tour driver facing some difficulties to find it.

After staying here for two days, I can honestly say that everything people wrote is true. I’ll just share one small experience. On my second night here, I suddenly developed a fever. I had booked and paid for a tour through Kahn, the hotel manager, which was supposed to leave the next morning. Because I was feeling unwell, there was obviously no way I could join the tour. Kahn and his colleagues were incredibly helpful. They gave me information about nearby hospitals and pharmacies and did everything they could to help me. The next day, they also gave me a full refund for the tour without any trouble at all. It may seem like a small thing, but I think it says a lot about the people who work here. They are genuinely warm, sincere, and kind. If you are still trying to decide where to stay, I would simply say: trust this place, just like I did. You won’t regret it.

Liked: I absolutely loved this hotel, it made me feel like I made the best choice. The staff was so kind and helpful, the rooms are amazing, the beds are super comfortable and the decoration is beautiful. There is a little terrace on the top of the hotel with a very nice view! The breakfasts are delicious and huge and they treat you with so much kindness. The place is centric. What can I say.. I highly recommend it!
