“No maintenance, worst stay in my trip”
No maintenance. 2 rooms widow not closing smoking smell coming from outside. Beds are very hard. No maintenance in restroom

“STAY AWAY! The absolute worst and most filthy hotel ever!”
As an experienced traveler who travels extensively, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the most disgraceful and wretched hotels I have encountered in a very long time. False Advertising & AI-Generated Photos: Misleading Photos: Do not be deceived by the online listings! The hotel uses AI-generated photos on booking platforms that look completely fake and bear zero resemblance to the actual reality. Pure false advertising! Room & Hygiene Issues: Mold & Dirt: The room and wardrobes smelled heavily of damp mold, appeared to be infested with black mold, and were filthy dirty. Severe Water Damage: The shower drain design was flawed—water ran completely away from the drain and flooded toward the bathroom door, which already showed severe, extensive water damage. Bed Quality: The mattress was rock hard, like sleeping on a wooden plank. Misleading Amenities & Unhelpful Service: No Wi-Fi: The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but there was zero Wi-Fi signal in our room. Contradictory Staff: When we complained about the Wi-Fi, the first staff member promised we could switch to another room the following day. However, the next staff member claimed it was a technical issue affecting the entire hotel, offering no real solution or support. Summary: We booked a 3-night stay at Hotel Tara Palace, but after enduring just one single night, we ran away as fast as our legs could carry us. Never in a million years were we going to stay for the remaining two nights. Avoid this place at all costs!
