Grand Bay View Hotel & Resort

There is no 4-star quality for this hotel maybe it has 2-star but the staff is very non-cooperative at all and the room quality and rest facilities are very poor. Also, you will not get two bottles of water as complimentary for an extended stay. Overall, I'm very un satisfaid.

Affordable, clean and alot of space

I stayed here with my wife for 5 days. Overall we were satisfied with this hotel. Positives: 1. Budget friendly 2. Free hotel shuttle running every half an hour to tsuen wan MTR station both ways. 3. Bus stop exactly opposite to hotel gate ( Yau Kom Tau ) even airport bus is available to board and drop off here. (Bus A38) 4. Staff were friendly and answered most of our queries since an Indian couple we were new to this environment. 5. Rooms are quite spacious. 6. We met many Indian tourists here, which kinda gave familiar vibe Some negatives: 1. Bit away from main city so takes some time and extra steps while visiting all popular spots 2. Drinking water is not free, 3HK dollars for 500 ml water

We had stayed here before because our group of 3 was always very difficult to find a room. When we arrived late that evening, we were eager to shower but found that the toilet seat had urine and the bathroom had not been cleaned property (hair in the shower). Although the staff came within 30 minutes to clean up, it was a very gross start to our stay. They put an extra bed in a 2-bedroom room, and it seems the duvet on that extra bed had been in storage for a while and it had an old closet/storage smell. The only positive was they have a coin-operated laundry room which was convenient, considering there is nothing nearby.

Far from city but very accessible because of their free shuttle to MTR and bus access to and from airport and to and from Disneyland also. Big and clean rooms. Staff are very nice especially Ms. Lisa who’s attending on the shuttle boarding. View from the hotel is nice. Would recommend this hotel.

My worst experience with a hotel like this except room size nothing works. Facilities are so poor, toilets n bathtub not working clogging everytime we reminded we are 4 guests but they kept giving 3 towels. No basic cutlery, no shower caps, everything is 1HKD just charge it to the room fee instead. Shuttle service is poor so I used only taxi, breakfast options are next to none. The laundromat doesn't work i paid 135$ just to wash one load as these clothes took forever to dry, coin operated. Staff are not very helpful so avoid thus location completely if you can and stay at Tsim Sha Shui hotels.
