The location is a bit distant from the city center, but it seems to be because of the view. There's a slight uphill, but it's walkable without any trouble. I liked that there were cute cats! The best part was that the breakfast was tastier than at other restaurants in Cappadocia.ㅠㅠㅎㅎ

Manager Ramo was a very nice person! He treated us to tea, and we had a really enjoyable time! I highly recommend it for those who want to cherish time with people! The room was very clean, and there were no particular odors or concerns with the water facilities, so we could spend our time comfortably. Breakfast had a wide variety of cheeses and fruits, which was a delight every morning. The staff were very kind, and it became a truly wonderful memory in Göreme.

I believe that the hot air balloon ride and cave hotel in Cappadocia are experiences not to be missed on a trip to Turkey. When I first arrived, the reception staff greeted me with a bright smile and kindly prepared a welcome tea, making it a pleasant start to my trip in Cappadocia. Moreover, I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade at check-in, allowing me to stay in a spacious and comfortable room. During my visit in May 2026, there was construction going on in the adjacent building, so I was a bit worried that it might obstruct the view of the hot air balloons. However, when I went up to the view area of the accommodation, the construction site was hardly visible, so it seems I was unnecessarily worried. Haha. Goreme itself is a small town, so just being in Goreme made the location really good. It was convenient to walk to major attractions, making it great for sightseeing. The breakfast didn't have a very wide variety, but most of the necessary foods were available, and overall, I enjoyed it. I especially loved being able to taste kaymak at breakfast!

This hotel in Cappadocia was truly satisfying to stay at. The price was reasonable and the location was great, making it very convenient for traveling around Göreme. Breakfast was included in the accommodation cost, and it was always neatly prepared and delicious, allowing us to start each day on a good note. I also loved that there were many cute cats around the hotel. (They weren't as friendly as the cats in Istanbul, though ㅜㅜ) We stayed in a room with a terrace, and it was wonderful to sit outside in the evening, enjoy the view, and have a beer. It’s also a great spot to see the hot air balloons in Cappadocia in the morning. Above all, what stood out the most were the hotel staff. Every employee was truly professional and kind, and they kept the rooms clean at all times. In particular, hotel manager Ramazan genuinely helped us. Whenever we needed assistance during our trip, he would resolve our issues over a cup of tea, and when he had time, he would chat with us warmly. I felt grateful enough to think that I made a friend here, beyond just receiving friendly service. Everything from the price, location, breakfast, room, view, to the service was satisfying. Grand Cave Suites played a big role in the good memories we have from Cappadocia. If I return to Cappadocia, this is a place I would want to stay again, and I confidently recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Göreme. 😊
