“The water area is very clean!”
If you choose the type of room, you can sleep peacefully. There is a toilet with a washlet. The water facilities are clean and reassuring. Staying from Saturday, the breakfast menu on Sunday morning has a moderate amount of guests and is not crowded.

Great location, close to the night market and marina. The room was clean and newly furnished, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The beautiful beach is within walking distance. The breakfast was also delicious.

New, clean, and spacious rooms. Great staff even though it was a holiday with many customers. Nice location with just a few steps to the beach and the cruise port and cable car station.

“Very good”
I had a quite relaxing 4-day vacation at Grand Fleuve Boutique. This is my third time here, but this time is the longest. Overall, everything was fine and met my accommodation needs: clean rooms, beautiful space, decent service, and friendly, enthusiastic staff. The location is also convenient, suitable for resting and exploring the surrounding area. The only point I see that could be improved is that each day only 2 bottles of water are provided in the room, which is a bit less for 2 adults and 1 child like us. If the hotel could provide additional free water, it would be more convenient. However, it is still possible to boil water for free using the kettle. In general, if I come back to Bai Chay, this will still be my top choice.

“Exceptional”
I have stayed at the hotel for the second time and am always satisfied with the service here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have modern amenities. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet has many dishes. My children really enjoy staying here. The room rates booked through Agoda always come with discounts. Unfortunately, I don't have the habit of taking photos, so I don't have any pictures of the hotel.

The hotel is located right in the center of Bai Chay, convenient for travel, with enthusiastic and friendly staff, modern and clean rooms, and a decent breakfast buffet.
