Liked: Bed was comfy. Decent breakfast.

Disliked: The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and spa. Pool was closed and we weren’t notified. Turned up at 4pm - check in was at 3pm - room wasn’t ready until 5pm!

“there are way better places to stay, this old dinosaur needs to get fossilized.”

Liked: The hotel is a multi-level maze- super confusing, poor provision of lifts, long corridors that aren't safe.

Disliked: Weird layout of hotel, easy to get lost. Room very cold despite turning heating to max. Rooms OK in size but super-dated, like something from the 1950's. Bed comfortable, shower so confusing to get the temperature I wanted I abandoned trying. Morning porter not helpful (typische Nederland on customer service), whenever checking out and trying to ensure I got the business invoice I requested AT BOOKING, with an acknowledged response. That invoice did not arrive as specified. Will not stay again, will not recommend to colleagues, family or friends.

Liked: Nice location, tidy room and comfortable bed

Disliked: Hotel staff would actively advertise spa facilities only to find out when attempting to use it that both the pool and the jacuzzi would be unusable and had clearly been for a while (no water in the pool and jacuzzi removed entirely). There were 2 saunas still functioning with no lounge chairs making in very impractical for any guest to benefit from it. A heads up from the staff would have come a long way.
