“Very good”

Disliked: 1. Breakfast was below average. Variety was good, quality below average. 2. I was located in area B which has a single elevator. Most of the times you have to wait a very long time for the elevator to arrive. I chose to take the stairs from the 5th floor several times because the elevator failed to come.

“Exceptional”

Liked: The hotel reception is very large and airy and feels welcoming on arrival. Our Room was very nice with a large comfortable bed and nice big bathroom. All spotlessley clean. Nice breakfast options with gluten free available on request. The restaurant had some lovely options for the evening at a reasonable price if you wanted to stay there but the hotel was also in easy walking distance to the centre and some very good restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely place and we are already considering our return trip.

Disliked: Nothing

“Prague was wonderful, a bit more expensive than I had researched but there was a great variety of reasonable events on t”

Liked: It was central, clean, and had everything we needed there.

Disliked: The evening bar shut @ 23:45 on the dot. Even though the bar staff said they asked for last orders, we had just stepped out for a moment so can’t really attest to that. I’d say we went to order our nightcap @ 23:46 but both staff said NO!! Although they were still making drinks, and we were only having wine, they did not relent. It was our final night so it but a bit of a dampener on the up-to-then great experience.
