“Great place to stay in central Phnom Penh!”
Pros: * Great location in BKK1 upscale area, but the quiet part, no night music or construction. * 24-hour shops, restaurants and many other places to walk in the area. * Beautiful high-rise building, and a rooftop garden with city view. * Amazing swimming pool, gym and sauna. * 3 fast elevators, no waiting. * 15 minutes walking from the Independence Monument and Bassac-Lane. * Really great and clean apartment with a beautiful city view (my room was 1501). * Bed - very comfortable and soft enough. * Full kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, and all the tools. * Washing machine, blackout curtains, many pillows, safe box, hair dryer, bottled water, TV, WiFi, etc. in the room. * Very helpful service staff, including English speaking receptionists. * Big and comfortable shower room. * Hot shower is really good. * Bidet sprayer pipe in the toilet. * Good air conditioner. * Late checkout at 2pm for free. ### Cons: * Quite pricey, but it's worth it. * I asked the management for a few small improvements: add a full body stand mirror, add dish dryer rack in the kitchen, fix a bit noisy aircon vent grille in the bedroom. All in all, it's a great place to stay, I would come again, thank you very much!

“Wow, we were impressed with all the amenities and the of space! Beds were so comfortable, bathrooms were large and mode”
Liked: Location, staff, modern and beautiful place! The floor to ceiling windows made the space feel even bigger and had great views. Hugh proper kitchen with a washer for our clothes (no dryer, but ok to hang dry). We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Only a minor aesthetic comment…would preferred wood floors to give the space a warmer atmosphere.

“Spacious Apartments, Amazing Views”
Excellent hotel with very spacious, bright, and beautifully designed apartments. The huge glass windows provide plenty of natural light and a fantastic view. We had fresh towels and bedsheets, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool on the 14th floor was perfect for a refreshing swim, and the rooftop offers amazing views. There is also a small playground for children, which was a great bonus for families. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. The location is also fantastic, with lots of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

“Phnom Penh business trip”
Located in the heart of BKK, everything is conveniently within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, massage places, and coffee shops nearby, all reachable on foot. The facilities were very clean and I had no inconvenience during my stay. The staff were all very friendly.
