“A wonderful hotel, as befits the name Imperial.”
I stayed at a hotel in Seoul. This hotel is one I have been interested in for quite some time. Since it has a good cost-performance ratio for a 5-star hotel, I was a bit worried, but in reality, it was excellent. First of all, it has been renovated, so it has a classical luxurious atmosphere, and the furnishings are lovely. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everywhere in the hotel, you can see a sense of cleanliness. The breakfast restaurant is very bright, and the shelves displaying the food are promptly cleaned, even the spots where customers have spilled a little. The attentive demeanor of the restaurant staff is outstanding. The freshness of the vegetables and the taste of all the other dishes are excellent. On the first day, I got fully immersed in Korea's Chuseok holiday, and it took more than 30 minutes to catch a taxi from the station. Eventually, I had to take a bus in the rain, and even though it was close, I arrived at the hotel on foot, soaking wet. A hotel staff member I saw immediately ran over to help with my suitcase, which was a warm gesture. From the nearest station, it really takes about 5 minutes or less, so I highly recommend it.

Liked: The room size, the cleanliness and the breakfast 😋
Disliked: The sauna was not working, very disappointing after coming from the Oisen’s in Japan.

Perfect for 11 and 8-year-old kids. We stayed in a residence type. I am satisfied with the cost-effectiveness. I heard on YouTube that residents can use the lounge, but please note that it is not available.

“If it's Seoul, this is the one choice!”
This is my favorite hotel in Seoul, to the point where I can't stay anywhere else! Every time I come to Seoul, I stay at this hotel. The room has a kitchen, so I can make late-night snacks, and the room service food is also very delicious! The location is great, and it's a hotel that taxi drivers definitely know. The receptionist can speak Japanese and was very kind, recommending good restaurants. The room is spacious, so I feel comfortable even after shopping a lot! I will come here to stay again.

“The hotel staff is kind.”
I was comforted by the smiles and kindness of the hotel staff from arrival to departure♪ Of course, the hotel has a classical feel from the lobby, and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom had a separate shower room and bathtub, allowing for a relaxing bath. The sauna was under renovation, so I couldn't enjoy that, but I was able to spend time peacefully in my room. The breakfast was delicious too♪
