• Special check in request would not be guaranteed and is subject to the availability at the hotel.
• • Infants under 7 years old are allowed to share existing bed with adults in free of charge. • 7 year old child or over, or any children request for extra bed are applied for the same fee as an adult.
• Please note that any rewards points cannot be combined, and mileage cannot be credited.

• Guests who would like to use the fitness center can refer to the hotel official homepage for the detail of operational hours and closed dates. Guests must be over 16 years to use the fitness center. Guests with tattoos are asked to refrain from using the facilities. Fitness center is chargeable (2,200 yen per guest per visit) Only guests staying in Executive Floor Suites are entitled to complimentary use of the fitness center during their stay.
• Under the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance, an accommodation tax will be charged separately. Until March 31, 2027: If the room rate is JPY10,000–JPY14,999, an accommodation tax of JPY100 per person per night will be charged at the property. For stays of JPY15,000 or more, an accommodation tax of JPY200 per person per night will be charged at the property. From April 1, 2027: An accommodation tax of 3% per person per night will be charged at the property. However, no accommodation tax will be charged for stays costing less than JPY13,000.

• If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
• 【Scheduled power outage for annual maintenance】 We would like to inform you that hotel will undergo a scheduled power outage due to facility maintenance and inspection on January 11, 2027 – January 12, 2027. For this reason the hotel is completely closed for stays on January 11, 2027. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
