A bad hotel, an underground room that is not clean, and there is a smell of chastity and humidity, and the rooms are not isolated, there is inconvenience

The best thing in the room is the bosphorous view … the view is magnificent, the location is perfect … Honestly The breakfast is very poor.. but overall, the hotel is very nice

Disliked: The swimming pool not open,telephone in the room not working,breakfast was not good and dishes was very dirty in the kitchen and also the room was not very clean enough

DO NOT STAY HERE - Grand Star Hotel Bosphorus & Spa Istanbul will completely ruin your visit to Istanbul! From the second you arrive, you are met with some of the absolute worst, most hostile, and unwelcoming receptionists who treat guests like a massive burden. The rooms are dirty, neglected, and reek of a foul, musty smell, while the pathetic room service staff displays unbelievably rude behavior whenever you ask for basic necessities. To make matters worse, they wildly overcharge for these dreadful accommodations and top it all off with a repulsive, cold, and stale breakfast. Save your money and your vacation—avoid this place at all costs and book literally anywhere else in the city!

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay in this hotel, every thing was okay. Stuff are very nice, they let us keep our baggage in the hotel even after our booking finished, they clean the room every day. The location is 2 minutes walking from maydan taksim. The hotel is old but everything else is fine.

Liked: I really liked the hotel’s location; it was excellent and very convenient. The restaurant has a beautiful view, and the reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative.

Disliked: Unfortunately, some of the electrical outlets in our room were not working. We informed the staff about the issue, but it was not fixed during our stay. Also, the room did not provide enough privacy. There was an internal connecting door between our room and the neighboring room, and the soundproofing was very poor, so we could clearly hear the guests in the next room.
