Grand Tourane Hotel

The high floor offers a great ocean view. Sharp 3 PM check-in. A deposit of 50,000 won is possible. The windows are old, so you can hear the sound of the wind and cars well. You can have the pool all to yourself. Don’t expect much from the breakfast. You don't have to have afternoon tea.

The room is clean, and the sea view is the best. I highly recommend it. The hotel is beachfront, just a walk across the street. Next to the hotel is a coffee shop, Highland Starbucks, close to food sources. Calling a car is quick because there are many Grab cars parked next to the hotel. The staff provides 5-star service, there is free afternoon tea, fruits served, and the breakfast is delicious.

Stayed one week in this hotel. The room was exceptional for the price - huge with a very large bathtub with beach view. The large picture window in the room looked out on the beach from the 16th floor and was wonderful. Gym had everthing I needed and in working condition. Buffet breakfast was exceptional and free with this room. I am from U.S. and it had everything I wanted in a breakfast. The Vietnamese coffee at the buffet was delicious. I would come back to this hotel again.

Got this for £37 a night, in off season, everything was great....if you can get a deal, this is a great location

On my first visit, I stayed near Han Market, and for this second trip to Da Nang, I made a reservation here and I am very satisfied. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about the facilities being old, but they have been well maintained, so I didn't notice much, and the room was clean with no dead bugs. The breakfast was just average as seen in many reviews. The hotel pool was clean and it got progressively deeper up to 1.5 meters, which was nice. There was no noise like near Han Market, and being right in front of My Khe Beach, it felt great to jog while looking at the sea early in the morning. The visibility in the Vietnamese sea isn't great, so I don't often go for hopping, but it was wonderful to enjoy water sports like banana boat rides and parasailing at My Khe Beach, just across the street. I was able to rent pool towels to take to the beach, which was helpful. There are massage services, a mini-mart, cafes, and a laundry facility right next door, making it convenient to use. If you're with a child, I would recommend accommodations near My Khe Beach even more.

But the mini fridge is not very cool. Surprisingly, there is a lot of traffic in front, so it's noisy. The window is open for air circulation. No bathtub. Since it's a 5-star, everything is well-equipped. Breakfast is decent (they even give kimchi, but be careful as it has some fluff like hair; it's not up to 5-star kimchi standards, seems mixed with gochujang). The guard in front is very friendly. Bedding is good. Plenty of towels. There are many marts nearby, so it's easy to walk to them. The fridge is extremely small, like a super mini fridge for a guesthouse (not very cool, the only downside). Smoking by the back door next to the elevator is okay. The beach is fine to walk on barefoot, without any debris. It’s not shallow, so you can't go in too deep. Water color is not great. The air conditioning is cool. The gown is small. No balcony. Bedding is good. There’s not much to do nearby (especially at Mikey Beach). TV response speed is good. There’s nothing to watch. Checkout is strictly at 12 o'clock with a call.
