“VERY NICE FACILITIES”

Nice Facilities. Hot spring not just in common area but also a nice one in room. Room is spacious and the balcony is very nice with nice mountain view. Breakfast is also a highlight. It is delicious with fresh food. Will definitely come back again!

“What a great relaxing stay!”

We booked 2 nights at this hotel, right after we stepped in the hotel, we have already felt welcomed. The room we stayed in was spacious, everything was clean, spotless and thoughtful, not to mention the big hot spring bath tub facing the forest. The hot spring spa area had separate sides for men and women and was a definite highlight of this hotel. We will definitely come back if we are longing for a hot spring bath.

“A solo retreat after 2 weeks of traveling”

I stayed here for a brief respite after 2 weeks of traveling with classmates. Beautiful setting and facilities, wonderful breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars all around. Even though it was rainy the entire time I was there, I enjoyed every moment I was there.

“So gorgeous”

This hotel is spotless!!! So clean and so comfy, the hot spring in the room is so amazing, and the hotel was so generous to provide all the amenities (face mask, little snacks and plum wine) We had a quality time here.

The best part about the stay wasn't the amazing room with hot and cold onsen or the immaculate breakfast, it was the staff. Eunice made our stay extraordinary from her reception to her food recommendations around the city. She's amazing and perfect at her job! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
