Disliked: Unable to extend the checkout time

Very good location. Tram and bus available in a few steps. Walking distance to the Old Town. Hotel is very clean and offers delicious breakfast. We definitely recommend it and stay again.

Liked: The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. They made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean, and the location is great!

Disliked: The facilities need to be renovated. We booked the suite, which we expected to be just a bit luxurious, which was not at all. The breakfast was a bit poor.

Disliked: I did not like that the plan which I chose was that the payment will be on site, at trhe hoitel, but somehow upon giving my credit card for security it was charged!!!

Liked: We were greeted by very friendly staff who immediately accommodated our bed arrangement request. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the bathroom was especially pretty big for a hotel room. Breakfast was fabulous, there was a big selection of food and drinks, and staff would regularly make rounds, offering fresh coffee or taking away your dishes. Bonus points for the lovely lady who played piano arrangements of popular songs and film scores. The hotel itself has great location, literally just next to a bus/tram stop that can take you to most major destinations around Prague. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others.

Pros: - Reception, restaurant, and bar staff are all friendly. - Breakfast has a wide variety; some items change daily. Breakfast hours are generous. - The room cleanliness is fine (no strange smells, stains, or insects). No limescale or mold in the bathroom. - The bathroom floor is warm. - Ironing service available. - TV can connect to Netflix. - They gave two welcome drink coupons, but no bottled water. Cons: - I stayed on the 3rd floor; if you open the window, cigarette smoke drifts in. - Poor soundproofing (serious issue — you can hear the neighbor's TV, conversations, and music). We changed rooms because of this. - The décor is just a tacky Eastern European style; no view. - The toilet is a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure is low, so flushing doesn’t always take the toilet paper away in one go. - Shampoo and body wash are not separate. No conditioner (they will provide it if requested). - The hairdryer is weak. - Housekeeping didn’t replace the slippers during room tidy (you have to ask).
