“Exceptional”
The deluxe Utk kamar type is quite spacious, the pool is clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is decent, but the menu has limited choices for children, although the taste is quite good.

“Not worthy”
We chose non smoking room but all the way to our rooms were smell of smoke. Check in at 2 pm. At 3 our kids went to the swimming pool but 30 mins after staffs from the restaurant asked them to be out of the pool beccause they will use the restaurant for somekind of event. Then my children order food. Some kind of chicken steak and beef steakkampung. Well, it tasted like kampung food. Meat but tasted like fish. When I wanted to complain no one answered from the kitchen line even thou the reception called them so many times. Outside the door were lots of unused beds. Our balcony view was a prking lot that gets very noisy at night as people chatting and screaming. Mosquitos like 2 or 3 in the room. No netflix on TVs. But the location is great. They have starbucks and some good restaurants and a Mall nearby. Eat outside the hotel is reasonable. BTW we stayed at room 244 and 246

“Spacious, Modern Stay with a Convenient Location, but Check-in, Lift Access and Security Need Improvement”
Property: Armani Residence, Kuala Lumpur Stay: 18–20 September 2026 Booking ID: 2046979805 I had a pleasant stay at Armani Residence, particularly because of the spacious room, modern facilities and convenient location. The room was clean, new and well maintained, with plenty of space to move around. The high ceilings also made a noticeable difference, giving the room an airy, open feel rather than making it feel cramped or claustrophobic. However, my experience was let down by a few issues involving the check-in process, lift availability, staff coordination and room security. Check-in and lift access could be much better organised. The front desk needs a better check-in system, as it took quite a while just to check in one guest. To make matters worse, after checking in, we discovered that only one lift was operational, resulting in a very long queue to get upstairs. From the time we arrived to completing check-in and queuing for the lift, it took us approximately 30 minutes just to reach our room. This was an unnecessarily long and frustrating start to the stay, especially for guests arriving with luggage after a long journey. Better front desk procedures and proper lift maintenance would significantly improve the arrival experience. At around midnight, while I was eating in my room, a room service staff member unexpectedly entered without apparently knowing that a guest had already checked in. This was an uncomfortable and concerning situation, particularly from a guest privacy and security perspective. What made it even more questionable was that entering the room required a special access card and security code. It raised concerns about how guest check-in information and room access are managed. Had I been hosting a female visitor, this could have been an especially inappropriate and uncomfortable situation. The following day, at around 12 noon, another staff member knocked on my door and demanded my room booking details and identification number. This gave me the impression that there was a lack of communication between the front desk and the back-end staff, as they did not seem to have clear visibility of which rooms were already occupied and who had checked in. Apart from these incidents, the location was a definite plus. The residence is conveniently close to Raja Uda MRT station, making it easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. It is also very near Kampung Baru, where there is a wide variety of local food to explore, which was particularly convenient for someone who enjoys discovering different places to eat. Overall, Armani Residence has a lot going for it in terms of room comfort, cleanliness, modern amenities and location. The spacious layout and high ceilings made the stay enjoyable, but the slow check-in process, long lift queue and incidents involving staff entering the room and requesting booking details raised legitimate concerns about the overall guest experience, privacy, security and internal communication. I hope management improves its front desk procedures, lift availability, staff communication and room access protocols. The accommodation itself has great potential, but a comfortable stay should also come with an efficient arrival experience and the assurance that guests’ privacy and security are being respected.

“Good Value”
Pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing. Rooms are OK and the Room Service Prices are very reasonable, although no Mini-Bar. Rooms have been refurbished since my last visit in 2014 but not brand new. Overall, a good place to stay and the onsite restaurants are good and would highly recommend both.
