Grandvrio Ocean Resort Danang

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Always greet us with smile. We enjoy our stay in the hotel with free onsen and Ao Dai rental. The onsen and public swimming pool are very clean. We will definitely come back again.

I had high expectations, but the resort itself is smaller than I thought. There was an ant in the room, but I couldn't tell if it came with the delivery food or if it was originally in the room. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and greeted us whenever we made eye contact. I also liked that we could choose what to eat for breakfast. The location was convenient for taking a taxi to Hoi An.

It takes 30 minutes by taxi from Da Nang city, but I had a very elegant stay. The cottage with a pool had two bedrooms, allowing us to spaciously enjoy our time as a group of five. The Vietnamese cuisine at the breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Having a large public bath was a wonderful point for us Japanese. I used it every day. I was very happy that I could use it for free even after checking out. The laundry service was also very affordable; I could leave my clothes and they would wash them in the washing machine, which was a very appreciated service. I definitely want to stay again.

The location was good and easy to get around, and parking was also convenient, so I was overall satisfied. The room amenities and services were well-equipped, and I had no discomfort during my stay. The cleanliness of the accommodation was well-maintained. Thanks to the room environment with my friend, we were able to stay comfortably, and the garden was well-kept, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and it was a place with high satisfaction relative to the price.

Of course, the Japanese manager was wonderful, but the local staff also provided meticulous service. After check-in, wherever I met a staff member in the hotel, they called me by name without asking for my room number, and I was surprised that they were familiar with my family structure. When I entered the room, a pleasant scent spread, welcome fruits were prepared, and a washlet was installed. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, so I think I could enjoy my stay even on rainy days when going outside is difficult. The path to the villa was covered with plants like a tunnel, allowing me to move around almost without getting wet even on rainy days. It was also a lovely experience to borrow an ao dai and head out into the city in it. The guidance to tourist spots was courteous, and furthermore, I could use the pool and large bathing area even after checking out. The large bathing area was equipped with bath towels, soap, hair caps, and more, so I could use it without bringing anything. It was a perfect stay to the extent that it is difficult to point out any shortcomings. I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Da Nang.

Thanks to the Japanese manager and staff, I had a very comfortable stay. The manager was attentive from the greeting upon arrival, taking care of us at the breakfast venue every morning, making shuttle bus reservations and seeing us off and welcoming us back when we went out, and responding to casual conversations and questions when passing by. The beach and pool reminded me of a southern country as I had imagined, and the lifeguards were always on watch. I was initially nervous about traveling with my 3-year-old niece, but I was able to relax and enjoy my time.

During my recent trip to Da Nang, what stayed with me the most at the hotel was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, beyond the hotel facilities. My room was on the top floor of the hotel building and was very spacious with high ceilings, and the cleaning was thorough. The location facing the sea offered a pleasant view from the room, allowing me to feel like I was in a resort from the moment I woke up. Personally, I really liked the hot spring. There was a large public bath, sauna, and cold-water bath, with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided. Moreover, bath towels were also available, making it very convenient to go without bringing anything from the room. It was open from 6 am to 11 pm, so I could enjoy the hot spring after returning from sightseeing and go again the following morning... which was very nice. The fitness center had treadmills, cycles, benches, and was sufficient for me to get a little exercise while traveling. I was also happy that towels were provided. Outdoors, there was space for basketball and badminton. The proximity of the beach right in front of the hotel was also attractive. Compared to My Khe Beach, the ocean seemed clearer. However, since the water is not shallow, I think it's better to be cautious when entering the sea with small children. Above all, what left a strong impression were the staff. There was a Japanese manager, who was not only there during check-in and check-out. They would talk to us during breakfast every morning and promptly answered any questions or concerns we had for the day. I believe this attitude has been passed on to the rest of the staff. Everyone was very calm and consistently attentive, ensuring that guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. They remembered names, room numbers, and would often rush ahead to call the elevator for you. When I was waiting for a Grab in the lobby, they proactively checked if I was waiting for a vehicle even before I asked. All of these may seem like small gestures, but they accumulated throughout my stay, making me feel "valued" in this hotel. On the final day, I had a late-night flight, so after returning to the hotel in the evening, I took one last dip in the hot spring, packed my bags, and enjoyed a leisurely time until departure. I think this hotel is more about enjoying the time spent at the hotel rather than just a place to stay while sightseeing. There are many hotels with excellent facilities, but not many make you feel "I want to stay again" as much as this one, thanks to the approach of the staff. During this stay, I felt that the "hospitality" that Gran Ville Resort Da Nang values was clearly communicated to the guests. If I have friends going to Da Nang, I would definitely recommend this hotel. And I personally would like to stay here again the next time I visit Da Nang. We had a lovely pool villa with children during our stay here. Amazing staff, great beach and a nice large central pool. Breakfast buffet variety was also good with the Asian and Japanese option. Overall we had a great time here.
