“Great location, roomy stay”
A very convenient base with excellent transport links and plenty of walkable places nearby. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. and the Wi- Fi worked well. Staff were friendly and the facilities were solid. makina it reasonable value overall. The main drawback was the view, which was underwhelming, but the location and room space more than made up for it.

“Excellent location”
Excellent location – skip the hotel breakfast! One tip: I would recommend not booking breakfast at the hotel. There are plenty of excellent breakfast cafés and restaurants in the surrounding King’s Cross area, so it is easy to find something nearby and enjoy a different breakfast each morning.

“Exceptional”
Liked: The hotel had everything you would need, the staff was friendly and helpful, even the small room I chose didn't feel small because of the high ceilings. It was the quietest hotel I stayed at. I stayed at four other hotels throughout my travels on this vacation and I kept wishing I was back at Kaya.

“Beautiful hotel, great location, very tight on storage”
Liked: Great location, gorgeous hotel, comfortable beds
Disliked: The room was tiny, which we expected, but the organization of the small space was not practical. Bathroom had saloon style doors instead of a sliding pocket door, which made it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom. There was no closet, which was fine. But there were also no hooks in the entryway, which could easily have doubled our hanging space. Fine for one night though.

“Exceptional”
Location is excellent — right next to the station, so you arrive at the hotel as soon as you step off the train. Very safe and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful with any issues. Each floor has a pantry offering unlimited capsule coffee, tea bags, fruit, cake and snacks, and milk — very thoughtful. I stayed 13 days and felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend for both short stays and longer visits.
