“Overview”
The large resort has high-quality equipment, but it seems there have been no customers using the services for a long time, so there has been no proper maintenance. There are no housekeepers, and no breakfast is provided.

“Resort condition”
The construction architecture is beautiful, but it seems that no one has stayed here for a long time, resulting in a lack of maintenance. The interior is dingy even though there are decorations and amenities that were once considered to be of good quality. There is no receptionist, just a lone security guard. The condition of the room and facilities is not ready to accommodate tourists. The phone number belongs to the owner who is in Bangkok, making it very difficult to contact. Most importantly, there is no breakfast service.

“Great value accommodation.”
Pros - Very cheap, clean room, has towels, hairdryer, strong water supply, quiet peaceful surroundings, natural setting. Cons - Far from the city, far from convenience stores (but there is a local grocery store nearby), very thin walls as the entire building is made of wood, so you may hear noises from neighboring rooms and the front. Summary - If you plan to travel around Mae Wang or go to Doi Inthanon, staying here is worth it. There are various types of rooms; if you're worried about noise, you can choose a private bungalow for a little extra. Overall, it's quite good and worth a repeat.

“No title”
This is a good place to stay if you have something to do in the area. It's extremely peaceful and there's a swimming pool and quite a variety of different rooms to accommodate all types of luxury preferences and also numbers of people staying. Just be aware that there's nothing close by in terms of 7-Eleven or restaurants. You will need to have transport to get to those.

“Green Tea Resort offers spacious and clean rooms with complete amenities.”
The room is clean and spacious, with complete amenities such as a teak bed, a large fridge, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, chairs, a seating set, a dressing table, and a wardrobe. Everything matches in a vintage teak style. The walls and ceiling are adorned with woven bamboo. The overall condition of the resort features a large, clean, clear swimming pool with big trees providing shade throughout the resort. It is a very relaxing resort with affordable prices, approximately 500 baht per room. The only drawback is that it is located in a village, quite a distance from the main road.

“If you want to relax in a homestay hotel.”
I recommend this place if you want to stay close to a village that is the traditional community of Chiang Mai, experiencing the local lifestyle.
