GreenTree Inn Phoenix Sky Harbor

I arrived at the hotel and there were prostitutes and sketchy people hanging out side. We asked to view the room and you could smell drugs in the air. I did not feel comfortable having my little girls in that environment and informed the front desk. They said they understood and cancelled my reservation. I notified agoda and neither Agoda or the Hotel wants to give me my money back. Even though we did not stay due to safety concerns. Also, somehow I had fraud on my account after dealing with this hotel. I strongly advise not to ever book with this hotel. They are questionable!!

Liked: The staff was really sweet and accommodating. The hotel transportation saved me $ on airport parking and was super helpful!

Disliked: The rooms were outdated, and could use some maintenance

Liked: The staff was very helpful, accommodating, friendly

Disliked: Bed bugs, no management on property they were on vacation. Staff seemed indifferent about bed bug situation

Liked: My room was clean

Disliked: Nothing bad about it

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. The common areas were clean and well maintained. Staff came up to fix tv. Helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Breakfast was not efficiently laid out. Scattered. Had to wander around to find utensils, etc. Hot tub was a warm tub.

Liked: I requested an early check in and was able to get in to my room before 2:00. The desk clerk was helpful. I really appreciated the Uber voucher, which completely covered the cost of the trip from the airport to the hotel. It enabled me to tip the driver more.

Disliked: Hallway carpet stains, smudges & scratches on walls and doors.

Disliked: THE POSTING LOT WAS NO JOKE! TRYING TO FIND THE ENTRANCE WAS AWFUL. DON'T TRY TO FIND IT AT NIGHT. IT'S ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. AND THEN SIGNS ALL OVER SAYING "OSKAR AT YOUR RISK" MIGHT WANT TO HIRE SECURITY. AND ON LINE PICTURES ARE FAKE.. WAS COMFORTABLE. IF I HADN'T ALREADY PAID AHEAD I WOULD HAVE PAID DOUBLE TO DUSTY ACROSS THE STREET.
