Grenier's Hollywood Beach Hotel

Disliked: I the staff was miserable, check in was at a letepy different facility, and there was a roach in our unit

Disliked: I paid and booked the bigger room. They lied to me and gave me a smaller room saying thats an upgrade. Clearly on the photos it was the room that was next to me was empty thats why I was able to see through the window that it was exactly the room I have booked. They gave me the cheaper room with no windows at all. Scam

Disliked: Bugs in the bathroom, I think they were termites. They were all in the bathroom sink and the window. There was a leak in the bathroom around the bath tub.
