“Caution -Scam”
I booked 2 nights. I was forced to check out and check-in between the 2 days. UNLESS I paid 40.000 won. Bare in mind the checkout is 11am and the check-in is at 6pm. In other words: I couldn't stay in my room. Basically this is a huge scam, thankfully Agoda refunded me, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also: -They will not clean your room (even if you paid the 40.000 won) -The Aircon didn't work. -Swimming pool was empty -Reception staff super rude. Just avoid the headache and book somewhere else.

“I enjoyed my stay”
I’ve stayed in the Seongsu area before but this is the first time to try this hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. Just the sink is outside of the bathroom next to the bed so I felt like if I stayed with someone, it might be hard. But other than that, I have no complaints.

“Acceptable”
The staff’s manner is uncomfortable every time I visit. I wish they would at least give basic customer service training. The blankets make me itch when I use them. It’s good value for money, but there are still significant shortcomings in important areas for a paid stay.

“Very good”
Disliked: Rooftop pool was closed and empty! No indication of this when we booked or before we arrived. We chose this hotel partly for that reason, so that was disappointing.

“Do not recommend”
Drain in shower was blocked. We asked to have it fixed multiple times but it was not done. There were multiple people asleep in the gym changing rooms so we were too uncomfortable to use it

“PHOTOS ARE DECEIVING 100%”
The photos are VERY deceiving compared to what the hotel actually looks like in person. I stayed for about a week, and I definitely wouldn't stay here again. First, they're extremely strict about early check-in. It doesn't matter if you're staying for a week or longer—you still have to pay 10,000 KRW for every hour before check-in. I've stayed at many other hotels that will accommodate early check-in when rooms are available, especially for regular or long-term guests. They also wouldn't store my luggage while I was away from the hotel for a few days. Maybe I'm used to staying at 4-star+ hotels, but I've never had an issue leaving luggage behind when taking a short trip and coming back to the same hotel afterward. The condition of the hotel was probably the biggest disappointment. The hallways were extremely dirty with stains everywhere and looked nothing like what I expected from the photos. The single room was very small, old, and worn. The bathroom was tiny to the point where taking a shower gets water everywhere. The sink in my room was also clogged and barely drained. The bed was just okay—not very comfortable—and there were some hairs around, which didn't exactly make me feel great about the cleanliness. The gym was actually pretty good and was easily the best part of my stay. The rooftop pool, however, was closed even though it was summer. Overall, the hotel looks MUCH better in the photos than it does in person. Between the cleanliness, condition of the rooms, strict policies, and lack of flexibility for a longer stay, I wouldn't come back.

“NOPE NOPE NOPE”
Stayed here for about a week and unfortunately would not stay again. They are extremely strict about early check-in. Even if you're staying for a week, they charge 10,000 KRW per hour. I've stayed at plenty of other hotels where they'll accommodate an early check-in when rooms are available, especially for returning or longer-stay guests, as a courtesy. The luggage policy was also disappointing. They wouldn't let me leave my luggage there while I was away from the hotel. At other hotels I've stayed at, especially 4-star and above, I've been able to store luggage while taking a short trip to Busan or somewhere else and then return a few days later. As for the hotel itself, the hallways were SUPER dirty. Stains everywhere. The single-bed room was small and felt old, and the bathroom was extremely small. When you shower, water basically sprays everywhere. One of the most annoying things was the sink—it was clogged and the water barely drained. The bed was okay, but not particularly comfortable, and I found some hairs, so cleanliness could definitely be improved. The gym was probably the best part of the hotel. The rooftop pool was closed even though it was summer, which was also disappointing. Overall, between the strict policies, cleanliness, old/small room, and bathroom issues, I wouldn't stay here again.
