Ha Long ARISTO Hotel

The location is really good; central close to amenities. At night and early in the morning can be a bit noisy due to traffic. Sensitive sleepers should get something more ticken in. Staff were excellent and very helpful with everything I needed. Good value for money.

Although Emerald's service wasn't bad, I strongly disagree with being booked into a different hotel — when I arrived to check in I had to stay at a completely different hotel/room type than what I reserved. Agoda needs to review this issue carefully.

Good hotel. Clean room.

I paid for the room through the Agoda app, but when I arrived the staff moved me to a room that was dirty and in terrible condition.

I don't know what's going on with the hotel but the floor was soaked, and inside the room the dust was so thick it felt like being out on the street. Woke up and the mattress was just covered in dust. The room decor was nothing special, not very pretty, and there were few amenities — the bathtub was broken, the drain didn't work, and there was no tap outside, so if you wanted to rinse your feet you had to climb into the tub. Overall I wasn't happy at all — the room was far too dusty; it felt like my lungs were about to give out.

I book for 1 night and they placed me on the 4th floor where I think the family of the staff lived. That was so disappointing and when I went to the room there's no even towels. And the Vietnamese people on the 4th floor ARE EXTREMELY LOUD AND NO RESPECT. I told the staffs about it and just did nothing about it. This is a very disaster hotel and extremely disappointing at every aspect.
