“all good”
in front of vinacom center, in the main center walk everywhere, room spacious and all super clean, nice people, for the price is the right location if you visit the city, free parking, nice breakfast (mostly asian which is completely normal and fine)

“Above average”
Old hotel, small rooms, ordinary breakfast, worn smelly carpet, corridor allows guests to smoke so it smells of cigarette smoke.

“Acceptable”
The dirtiest and most disgusting. The worst 4-star hotel. This hotel is very dirty, the toilet was clogged, the coffee table was right next to the bed, and the price was expensive.

“Little dated but great location and service”
Looks like they remodeled recently, and improved the rooms. Great location across from the mall and downtown. Service was great.

“Okay, just worth the money in that price range.”
The hotel seemed to have some services that weren't operating, but the stay was fairly decent and the staff were friendly.

“The hotel should upgrade.”
The hotel is old and has deteriorated a lot. It doesn't match its location or price. The rooms are gloomy, the furnishings are worn, the curtains are torn, and the room carpet is dirty. The hotel needs upgrades in the future to welcome guests better.
