“Exceptional”

A few hundred meters from the clock tower, very convenient for sightseeing right in the city, the hotel is small, pretty and clean.

“Exceptional”

A very worthwhile accommodation choice with a convenient location, clean spaces, and full amenities. The room was well cleaned, providing a good night's sleep; getting around was also easy and there is parking. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay comfortable throughout.

“Exceptional”

The room was a comfortable size, clean, and provided a good night's sleep. The location is convenient for getting around, and the parking is an added plus. The staff were friendly, the facilities met our stay needs well, and the airport transfer service made the journey more convenient. Overall, this is a worthwhile choice with good quality service.

“Terrible experience”

I came here based on everyone’s reviews. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The bed had hair on it and they changed it for me; then the bathroom had hair and when I asked for help cleaning it, what I got was them saying it was my hair and only wiping the floor. That is unacceptable. I know I can’t expect too much for the price, but I booked a VIP room and still encountered this. Not a single apology.

“Employee behavior”

I recommend the hotel review and retrain the front desk staff (you can't have staff call an older guest "a picky old man"); their service skills and behavior are very poor.
