Disliked: We didn’t have new toilet paper for our restroom, they left a used toilet paper, and since I work for hospitality, that’s very nasty, I also thought I was gonna have a nice view of the city and I ended up having a view of nothing but AC components.

“super clean!!”

I am so amazed at how clean and tidy it is, the rooms are spacious, quiet surrounding. walking distance to the convention center, to roosevelt row. but you'll bump into a few homeless people all throughout downtown.

Liked: The location is a quick walk to everything downtown. The room was spacious, and comfortable. We slept too late to make it to the complementary breakfast but it smelled great as we checked out.

Disliked: Valet parking is the only option provided by the hotel. That said, it was friendly, fast, convenient, and considering the cost of parking on site at other hotels or local self-parking, and the lower cost of the room, I found it to be a reasonable expense.
