Liked: The location

Disliked: There were 2 roaches in my room. I killed one little roach that was on the wall in my room. Initially I thought it was from another guest next door. Then there was a follow up roach that crawled on my face while I was sleep. I went to the front desk and the customer service gave me a card to email the manager. ROOM 324. Other than the roaches, you pay for what you get.

Liked: Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast. The bed and bathroom a]eared to be clean. Although toiletries had not been replenished

Disliked: Coffee pot in the room was dusty and had ot been cleaned after prior use. Pull out shelf from night stand was dirty. There were stains in the carpet

Liked: Friendly staff willingness to help

Disliked: Bugs in the room bed and pillows uncomfortable

Liked: Great location, safe, nice and clean

Liked: Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Disliked: The roll up blinds in our room were broken, would not go up, which was inconvenient.

Liked: I love that it was peaceful. Breakfast was a great way to start. They had a different variety and the staff over the area took care of everyone there. 10/10 I love how our room was spacious enough room to move around. I had two rooms so for them to be able to be close to one another was amazing. The guy I talked to about our rooms with booking at the hotel helped us put the together. Very helpful and he was really sweet.

Disliked: When it came to checking in I was not told about the no locking your room just incase you get locked out of your other side of the room. That wasn’t the bad part. When we checked in she ask us if we would like our rooms cleaned. I checked yes. Well our rooms where in did not cleaned. No one knocked on the other door where my other guest was staying at. No cleaning happened. No new towels or rags. So I called to let them know and no one would bring us any. We had to go down and get them ourselves. When we got asked if we would like house keeping I said yes. But none was intended. Trash was overly full. We had to do everything ourselves. I spoke with a second person upfront and he did not attend to us at all. He asked if we had someone to come clean I told him no and that we needed new towels and rags and he said come get them and there is nothing I can do. So I did. I went and got them.

Liked: The property was easily accessible from the highway

Disliked: The property smelled like stale cigarettes and of marijuana. Also our room had roaches that would come out at night when the lights were off. I video recorded them. The room had been cleaned well but there were water stains throughout and peeling wallpaper with our room smelling like heave marjuana from the occupied room next to us
