“Very clean but tired”
This hotel is very tired but a staff member said it's going to be renovated soon. The main thing is it's very clean which is a big thing for me. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. I chose it as the location is perfect for events at Trust Park baseball ground.

“Excellent”
Liked: Great variety for a complimentary breakfast. The free water at check in was a nice touch to keep hydrated.

“Always ask, "Are all the elevators working and, Are the Ice makers working on every floor?"”
Liked: The location
Disliked: The Front Desk not telling you the Ice that only one elevator and Ice machine is working. Before you proceed to your room. Finding out on your own is a negative when it simply comes to communication. If you let people know up front it bares the brunt or need for people to come to the front desk to find out why something is not working when they could have been informed "before" they went to their floor for Ice or using both elevator when you have a large party.

“Decent location, but I was unhappy with the quality of the room I had with the price I paid”
Liked: The staff and front desk workers were very nice and the location was pretty nice for the location I needed it for
Disliked: My room had a strong mildew smell, and majority of the floor/carpet was soaking wet. The chairs were not clean and had what looked like vomit on one of them. The overall hotel wasn't as bad as my room, but the one functioning elevator was a bit sketchy and unclean. On top of the water in the main part of the room, the bathroom also would occasionally have water all over the floor. Don't know if that was due to the toilet or bathtub. I feel like the price I paid was unfair for my room conditions.
