Liked: The breakfast was really good.

Disliked: The furniture (chairs) by the elevator were filthy.

Disliked: Construction going on above my room while I was trying to rest for a meeting from 5pm to 630pm. Also, my initial king bed room was the last available king bed room. It was outdated and in need of restoration Construction. I asked to be move.

Liked: Breakfast was just ok, pretty basic.

Disliked: More healthy options for breakfast. Did not get the King size bed we reserved. First room we were given had a broken lock on the door. Second room had a constant drip in the bathtub.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

Liked: They were 👍 👌

Liked: The room was not cleaned. I did have to leave because the electricity at home was restored before date set by utility company. Therefore last day cancelled. So stay was not 12-15. No one told me had to request room be cleaned. Went downstair to get clean bed sheets and cases. never received sheets. Following day paid person to help change the bed and with the room. Refused to give me any refund or credit for this.Will not book again without being given consideration for not providing me proper services

Disliked: The remotes for the TV was so hard to use, we went to bed early. The staff came up to show us how to operate them but it still befuddled us. There was no signage out by the turn off the road, so it was a little confusing getting to the motel.
