“Both the front desk staff and the luggage handlers are nice.”

Traveling alone abroad, not knowing the language and not being understood made me anxious. The front desk staff and the bell staff at this hotel both listened carefully and spoke slowly, always responding with smiles. It was wonderful hospitality. Being told "if you have any trouble, just call on us" was so reassuring. Thank you. I was disappointed there was no salad at breakfast. I was happy to have a microwave in the room.

Liked: Location was excellent. Right in the center of the city. Easy to get around to all of the sights.

Disliked: Beds were horribly uncomfortable, and pillows were flat and clearly old. In a room with two queen beds, they only provided two towels. The breakfast area is not remotely large enough to fit the number of people staying at the hotel. If you do not get to breakfast early, good luck finding a place to sit.

“Would choose to stay again!”

Liked: Location of the property is the best feature. Parking options are available and not far from the hotel. Front Desk Staff were kind, helpful, and attentive. Free breakfast is a wonderful amenity for all guests - the cinnamon waffle batter was delicious!

Disliked: The bathroom needed some dusting and I wish there were air vents in the bathroom to ventilate the shower steam/air.
