“Good value but lacking”

Liked: The price and location were good. Staff was nice

Disliked: AC did not wk properly 2nd night, carpets were dirty and smelly. Same w elevator. Breakfast was a pour selection and not very healthy. The stuff they called sausage tasted funny. And that bed...hard as a rock. Not what I expect from Hampton.

“Very good”

Liked: The location is great and the room is big... facility is clean

Disliked: The staff wasn't helpful at times... coffee wasn't ready in the morning, once the first set of breakfast items were gone, there were no refills. The ice machine didn't work and we were out of provided shampoo/conditioner in the mounted bottles.
