“The stay was not pleasant: we didn't like the room, and we couldn't find any vacant place for a car.”
Liked: I didn't like anything.
Disliked: The room was awful, the parking was not available in the parking lot and couldn't be found in the neighborhood. The instructions on where to park and how to leave the room with all dishes washed were very long and detailed, but no one told that the floor would be dirty and sticky, the door to the patio would be very hard to close, and there would be a lot of men going back and forth right outside our room, smoking and leaving their litter on the table. The beds and the shower were not comfortable, and all the furniture was old and shabby. I would definitely call it a hostel, NOT an Aparthotel.

“Nice place, could be better verification of cars who parked without permission.”
Liked: Very nice place on the outskirts of Hamburg. Space was clean, all amenities were provided.
Disliked: The parking spaces were occupied by cars that did not had the allowance papers behind the window. We had to park VERY far away and walk 10 minutes. The shower could be better too.

“Perfecto para una estancia.”
Liked: Tenía todo lo justo para pasar una noche y poder estar como en casa Las camas cómodas y todo limpio. Sin duda si vuelvo a pasar por allí lo tendré como alojamiento de referencia.

“I would stay there again!”
Liked: Quiet neighborhood, good room with enough space for me, my husband, our baby, and our dog!
Disliked: They tried to charge me my service dog, they didn’t know anything about a service dog rules so I had to show the booking police and all the rules, send all mine and my dog documents after being very questioned! In the end they understood and didn’t charge it!
