“A good accommodation discovered late.”
Every time I travel to Vietnam, I stay for at least 40 days and usually stay in Da Nang before returning home. The place is not right by the beach, but it is inexpensive and very satisfying in terms of facilities, location, and friendliness. There is even a laptop desk, which is very convenient, and especially the lady who does the room cleaning always asks if I need my room cleaned, and she is very diligent, so I had a great time. In the future, when I visit Vietnam and come to Da Nang, I can just book here, so I don't have to search for hotels anymore.

“genuine review”
The room is tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The toilet is clean and smells good. The amenities include a refrigerator and a complete wardrobe. The staff is enthusiastic and thoughtful in their support.

“Cockroaches and ants”
Unfortunately, it was horrible. Do not recommend this hotel. The reasons are below: - the dirty walls - the bed linen seemed washed but still had spots of something idk - the window doesn't open at all. It just exists in the room. - the sockets were unable to keep my power adapter and it was falling down. I used the bottles of water as a rack to charge my phone. - roommates: cockroaches and ants. I found 6 cockroaches and A LOT OF ants. I couldn't sleep the whole night because of them. So I contacted the Agoda Team to request a refund from the hotel. It was approved.

“100% scam and Agoda did nothing to solve the problem”
We booked a superior room with city view, we got a windowless room that smelled like cigarettes, were full of mold and bugs. I contacted Agoda support, they did nothing, I couldn’t even reach a real person. Be careful!!!

“Great experience and very welcoming host”
I rarely leave reviews, but this place left such a great impression that I felt like writing one. The host is very polite, kind, and friendly, always happy to share useful information and help with anything. Thanks to her, I learned a lot of interesting things and felt comfortable from the very beginning. Overall, everything was excellent and I’m very satisfied.

“near beach and main road”
simple stay for a night. so consider worth of value. super cheap. and surrounding have schools so will be noisy when school time. walk to beach just 7 mins, and have some nice massage center nearby too.

“BED BUGS”
This hotel was reasonably cheap so we weren't expecting luxury however, the fridge did not work at all, the walls, floors and bathroom were disgustingly dirty and BED BUGS. We tried to raise this concern with a reception lady however she said it was mosquito bites, so our 2nd night we used ample mosquito spray and ensured all windows were closed and still woke up absolutely covered in red bite marks. Additionally a lot of ants in the lounge area. We checked out early, not worth the money.

“Acceptable”
very dirty. the walls is dirty asf and also i see this cockroach and the door can not lock in and again after i take shower i see the shit tower.like someone is poop and wipe with this tower.the very dirty hotel i have everseen.and also there is no kitcken like that in the photos. cannot provide the light well also
