“Please don't book this spot. Hanoi has way better places in the same price range.”

Liked: Nothing. This was by far the worst place on my trip in SE Asia.

Disliked: Immediately upon walking into my room, I was greeted with the smell of mold. The shower wasn't cleaned. There were flying cockroaches and when I went down to tell the staff and asked if I could switch rooms because I really needed to get sleep for the next day she told me no and proceeded to come into my room and kill one of them... she said if I ended up finding the rest to come down and get her to do it again. I knew there were open rooms because I looked on booking.com to see and when I said that she went and got the boss. Mind you, this was all over google translate. It was a horrible experience.

“Great and helpful staff and manager. Highly recommended”

Liked: Amazing stay. The staff were very friendly knowledge and have good experience about the city. Jasmine is the best worker. The manager Ms Angela is very helpful, she arranged for me Halong bay tour with good price. Unfortunately when i came back from the tour i could not find her to arrange for me the trip to Ninh Binh so i promised to come back next time to do it. Hotel room is clean and less noisy than i expected. The location is in the center, very busy street everyday.

“Excellent staff and lovely stay”

Liked: Lovely stay - clean room/bathroom and really comfortable beds. The staff couldn’t do enough to help: they were able to let me in at 5am to leave my luggage before check in and also looked after it after check out. They booked a car to the airport for me and being given a drink while I waited was a nice touch. There is a great choice of food at breakfast.
