happy apart hotel istanbul

Disliked: everything was desaster

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everything the room is not clean and they give is room not like the photo and at the 6th floor without elevator and its so cold even the toilet the door is broken and without toilet paper + the smell of cigarettes everywhere What i will say to you is the hotel is full horror

Liked: The price was reasonable

Liked: Location

Disliked: Expensive

Liked: This place is terrible. I want a refund, including the amount paid before the booking, because the reservation was canceled. This reservation was made, but the place is awful, and I want compensation or a refund because it's unsuitable, as shown in these pictures. I tried to contact you, but I couldn't. I'm extremely upset.

Disliked: Horrible and unsafe location, unfriendly staff that refused to talk to us and respond to our requests pretending not to speak english, to avoid discussing the fact that room doesn’t correspond to the photos used in the application. The dirtiest place I've ever booked in my life. During the night you can hear suspicious activity in this property which makes it even more unsafe than what it seems to be. Istanbul is a very veautiful city and if you want good experiences, make sure you don’t book in properties like this one.

Liked: Room size

Disliked: Entering stair was so narrow

Liked: Price and location. It’s very cheap and close to city center.

Disliked: 1. Photo of room didn’t match the reality. 2. Extremely dirty. 3. Room wasn’t ready for me to enter. 4. Flies attacked the room when I arrive. 5. AC turns on from switch (no remote), bed is not comfortable, wardrobe is broken (shelves and handles are falling apart). Bathroom is just horrible, the sink is tiny, no shower curtain and barrier (water is just everywhere when you take a shower). 6. The building design is not comfortable to get your luggage to the second and higher floor. You have to bend over a lot to walk upstairs, cause of the top stairs above your head. 7. The stuff don’t care about anything. Rooms really need investments to get them fixed and looking fine.
