Happy Home District 7 - Near SECC and Phu My Hung

Cheap price but all amenities are sufficient and the service is good, near eateries, markets,... staff are very supportive and enthusiastic

The refrigerator was in the bathroom and electrical wires were exposed outside the shower; the toilet and mattress were so dirty I didn’t dare stay — I paid but moved to another place.

All was good

There were some bad reviews so I hesitated but all was good

If u want a cheap place to stay but not too luxury. The room I stayed quite old but pretty clean. Staff is very friendly. We came at 10am and she let us checkin without any extra fees. 100 stars for this place. They also give free Lavie water bottle every day.

The price is appropriate for what you get, and the reception staff are enthusiastic. I arrived early and there was a clean room ready, so the receptionist was very willing to help me check in early. I hope the hotel maintains this level of service. This was my second stay here and I’m quite satisfied. The facilities are basic, but for a business trip that’s all you need. I’m pleased.

I stayed here for 2 days during a business trip to Saigon. The room was clean and quiet, separated from the noisy, crowded main road outside, and reasonably priced. There are quite a few restaurants and drink stalls conveniently located near the guesthouse.
