“Very Disappointing & Unhygienic Stay”

Very disappointed with my stay last night. 😕 The room was not properly cleaned, and there were cockroaches/insects around. The toilet was also very dirty and unhygienic. On top of that, basic amenities like shampoo were not provided. For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay. Please improve the cleanliness, toilet hygiene, and basic facilities for future guests. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.
