When I arrive, first impression, receptionist not friendly and they’re not fulfil what I need and what I pay. When we talk about this matter they not listening. We need to complain to Agoda and ask to resolve this problem.. anyway thank you Agoda

“Remember to use real names, write down the guests' names.”

Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, everything was clean and tidy. The bathtub is a bit high, which can be difficult for older guests. I checked in using my booking reference as I usually do, and that caused a problem. It turned out you need to enter the guest name (matching the credit card) in the app. In the end I had to call customer service to have them change the name; they charged a HK$500 deposit up front, but said it would be refunded later.

“Excellent”

Rooms on the upper floors have a very nice view. It's very conveniently located, close to the Light Rail station and the bus stop for the airport. Also, it's directly connected to a shopping mall, so shopping is extremely convenient! The room was clean and I was satisfied. The walls in the room seemed thin, though — I could quite easily hear voices from the neighboring room.

“Impolite front desk staffs”
