Really good and clean

Liked: Location, rooftop bar, restaurant, good A/C

Disliked: Bathroom door on a slider with no privacy

Liked: Good location, very safe, clean and tidy, nice pool/outdoor area and great rooftop bar for sunset. Restaurants also seemed decent.

Disliked: Superior Room was very small for the price paid. Separate shower and toilet, which makes going to the bathroom a little uncomfortable for everyone unless the tv is on or music playing. If it’s beside the shower I’m a normal bathroom you can go before your shower with the shower on. But this one you’d need to come out of the toilet and into the the shower. Also no locks on either door and gaps at the sides of the doors. The sink was inside the actual room and not a lot of vanity space for a superior room. Staff were a nice but not very attentive. Asked for an iron as there was only a steamer inside the room. Waited an hour and had to go down and ask again.

Liked: Maria - the receptionist was fantastic. Excellent customer care.

Liked: Miguel at the front desk was super helpful. The staff at the store, and front desk were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. It was nice that you could order a la carte breakfast items, besides de buffet. We had drinks by the pool - my daughter loved the smoothie. We requested an early check in and were allowed to do so. We were able to get a bit of later check-out by joining the hotel loyalty program..

Disliked: The bacon at the breakfast buffet was soggy.. Same with the scrambled eggs. But all and all the breakfast buffet was very good. We also had lunch at the restaurant and I was not impressed by the hamburger. Nice size, but a bit overcooked and the sauce was forgettable.

Liked: Location and cleanness

Liked: I go to Madrid every 3 to 4 months and this is the best hotel I have been in. The location is really not where I like to stay, but I will definitely stay only for this hotel. I arrived at 5 AM and Héctor from the front desk was so nice to me. I was able to check in for a fee, which I already knew because I contacted the hotel a few days before my arrival. My room was extremely clean spacious. The toiletries were really nice smell very good. They had a good functioning hairdryer. The best was extremely comfortable the quality of the sheets of the towels the shower and the bathroom were incredible. I have nothing but words of praise and I will definitely stay there again.

Disliked: I would love for this Hotel to be closer to Salamanca or the northern part of the city. There’s a lot of traffic jam where the hotel it’s located.

Liked: Staff were great and the room size was decent.

Disliked: Unbelievable amount of noise which sounded like furnture moving around, cleaners knocking around corridors and generally seemed liek zero sound proofing in the room.
