Liked: It was my first time in New York, I think for first timers is good location is very good close to everything and metro as well
Disliked: I was in floor 11, at nights Times Square is noise so I could hear lil bit all the crowd outside
Liked: This hotel is very clean. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. We loved seeing all the music history artifacts.
Disliked: The translucent, sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom caused the whole room to be flooded with light whenever one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night. A solid door would make more sense.

Liked: I didntvget the room I was supposed to but they handled it quickly and were very accommodating and lovely.
Disliked: The location is VERY VERY busy...I didn't mind but it you dont like chaos all around as soon as you hit the street its not for you. But all the Broadway shows are walkable and a great deli downstairs and pizzaria?

Liked: I stayed with my wife for ten days. We were surprised by how comfortable the hotel was, very clean and silent. The staff kept the room immaculate throughout our stay and we slept incredibly well. I would come back in a heartbeat.
