Disliked: Clerk was unprofessional. Shocking, unsightly damage at bedside. Almost no electrical outlets near bed.

Disliked: The place is nasty, carpet is warped up the hallways, place smells bad,Room stinks of dirty dog, bathroom door had hole where someone had punched it, bathroom door will not close all the way, lighting in bathroom very dim, shower would not fully turn on to receive the water to the shower head, the bathroom bottom shelf was dusty dirty, ottoman in sitting area had stuck on food all over it, the sofa was all ripped up on the corner like an animal had clawed it, the cushions were all sunk in with stains all over it. the sitting area was always hot no airflow to the room, I was very very disappointed with this place it was nasty smelled like cannabis all up the halls I will never ever stay at a Hawthorn again, I can't believe they allow this place to stay in business in these conditions, I will be leaving a review on Google regarding this, I came from out of town stayed for the location, I will be uploading pictures to the actual company website for them to review and hopefully make changes.

Liked: good options for breakfast
Disliked: the pool was to warm & oily. we couldn’t use the pull out bed see pictures attached. i booked this room for that reasoning… there was a kids birthday party in the lobby ( that’s fine and all ) however we could hear them screaming at 11 pm all the way down the hall.. the front desk did nothing. over all i probably won’t stay here again.

Liked: Nothing good qualities to mention.
Disliked: The woman working the front desk was HORRIBLY rude and clearly miserable. I would rather sleep overnight in my car than have to stay here again. The hotel was so dirty, hallways, and rooms. Breakfast was not served until 7:20am - supposed to be 7am

Liked: A/c worked well. Friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: Two staff workers cut in front of me to get coffee and I too wait until the were food. Kind of rude. No cell phone charger in the room that worked. The furniture was torn, ripped and stained. Did not touch the furniture. Need new paint and caulking in the bathroom. The carpet was questionable. Tv remote was slow. A little over priced for what we had.

Liked: I liked how the property was close to restaurants / stores
Disliked: The property was dirty, especially the room. There were cockroaches in the room. The staff was rude when I mentioned the bug issue. The manager was kind and wanted to make it right.

“The room was quiet and we enjoyed the space and cooking privileges. However, the hall way and pillow”
Liked: I liked the fact that it had a stove for me to cook. The room and bathroom were spacious and plenty of room.
Disliked: The hall way smelled like weed and I could smell weed/ cigarette smoke residue on my pillow.
