Complained to Agoda about my stay. 1) There is construction going on outside bedroom window. Could not open curtains and enjoy the view (No view) 2) Hotel offered a refund as they understood what was happening, but said we had to go through Agoda, but Agoda did nothing. 3) Booked for 3 nights, stayed only one night. 4) No wellness centre as advertised. Have photos to prove Construction outside and workers can look into bedrooms
We stayed there for 2 nights from 24th May to 26th May and booked the mountain view room. From our room balcony, we could see the ella rock. The rooms were spacious and clean. The drive up to the hotel is quite challenging if you have a big car. If you travelling to the town area, you can get a tuktuk to pick you up from the hotel and drive you there for 500 LKR.

Very clean and organised room. Staff were professional and friendly. Specially Pathum who was very helpful throughout my stay. This hotel has the best view of the Ella rock. Definitely coming back again.

Clean and tidy is the label of this store, and the staff service is very good. In the early morning, there are stunning mountain views here. This is a newly built two-story building with a completely white exterior. My friends and I stayed in two guest rooms. Although the room arrangements are not luxurious, they are very clean, and the furniture, while lacking in design, is very practical. The uphill and downhill roads are very steep, which is something to be aware of; driving up and down the slope is about 45 degrees. It is indeed a hotel located on a mountain, so the process of going up and down the mountain can be a bit steep. But this is a characteristic of these hotels, and if you don't mind this, it is a recommended accommodation place that is beautiful in scenery, clean, and tidy.
La strada è ripida e tortuosa ma anche i tuc tuc ci arrivano senza troppi problemi. Camere moderne, spaziose e pulite. Unica nota, mancano appendini in bagno.. Colazione buona ma servizio molto lento. La responsabile è carinissima e tutto lo staff molto gentile
Отличный отель! Очень чистый, новый, очень приветливый персонал! В номерах есть все нужное, все удобно. Поздравили меня с днем рождения на завтраке, даже шарики надули, тортик вынесли с песней. Безумно милые все. И вид на горы просто восхитительный. Очень благодарны за теплый прием!
