Liked: Location was great for exploring Little Havana. Neighborhood is quiet and charming.

“Great location and comfortable stay, but it could improve with better bathroom privacy and consistent air conditioning.”
Liked: We really liked the location. It was very close to restaurants and different places, and it was easy to go up and down from downtown, even to the beach by car. It’s also close to Brickell, which is a plus. Communication with the host was good and everything was clear. The kitchen was very good and had everything we needed—we were able to make coffee and feel comfortable. Overall, it felt like a small hotel and everything was nice.
Disliked: The parking was only on the street, depending on availability, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no bathroom door, and at night there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The air conditioning was central, and it seemed to be turned off at night (even though we were informed), which made it very hot. Even with two fans, it was still uncomfortable, especially since we’re used to sleeping with the AC on.
