“I made a reservation but my money hasn't been refunded, the hotel is under renovation.”

I am非常 disappointed with this incident, our money has disappeared, the hotel room cannot be slept in because it is under renovation, the staff is not helpful, no response to chat, no response to phone calls, do not stay at this hotel, it is very bad.

“Why is this hotel renovation included on Agoda, it's stupid?”

I have booked and paid. Upon arriving at the hotel, it turns out it's still under renovation. What should I do, can I get my money back from Agoda?

“Horor”

Gedungnya emang udah lama kayaknya. Interirornya sebaiknya di cat ulang. Saya dapat kamar pojok pula, agak horor. Air ngalirnya kecil, jd kurang puas mandinya.
