Hera Cave Suites

Location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. It's a 7-minute walk from the terminal, which is the gathering place for all tours and a bustling area full of delicious restaurants. The staff helped with all the luggage and made our stay comfortable while we were in the lobby. All the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and it even had a bubble bath!! I chose this place with care since I was going with my mom, and it exceeded my expectations. The balloon view from the rooftop was also very beautiful. If I go again, I will choose a higher-grade room than the standard one!

We booked honeymoon suite for our honeymoon, room are huge with big bathroom. Jacuzzi is leaking from the bottom then we asked to changed our room or at least fix the jacuzzi but they said its not possible. Room are dusty and mold make us coughing while stay there. I would not come back to stay at Hera, so sorry for honest review.

Liked: My wife and I had a wonderful stay while visiting the area. The hotel was very well maintained, comfortable, and everything felt clean and high quality. We loved the fact of being inside a rock The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also a major plus—very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and the location, we felt the price offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel at a great price.

Liked: The property structure itself is beautiful. The rooftop view, the spacious room and bathroom. The variety of breakfast options. The polite and friendly staff.

What I like most about Hera Cave is its location. The hotel isn't situated right in the cramped Old Town but is just a five-minute walk away, ensuring easy, level access and ample parking space. My room came with breakfast and we had to leave early on the second breakfast, still the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us that made us feel warm and cared. For improvement: The bathroom drain in my room had an unpleasant odor. The room needs to be aired out more frequently to keep the atmosphere dry and fresh. The current room fragrance could be replaced with a more pleasant and suitable scent.

Liked: Great location and amazing staff. I had a fabulous time.

Disliked: The pillows were not great. The soap/bath products were not fab but workable, and breakfast was just ok. Not having a restaurant was kind of a bummer.
