Disliked: Need Netflix and other tv options alike and sometimes the room service food was cold.

“Clean, comfortable, ease of mind”
Liked: The staff was super friendly, the hotel was very clean and had quite a few facilities such as a gym and tennis courts that were nice to have available. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Good options of pools and there is easy access to the beach.
Disliked: Breakfast was really expensive for its value, one step on the beach and you get surrounded by vendors so we stayed by the pool. While the services were great the main pool was under renovations and we were not notified before hand which would have been appreciated. The other pools were fine but we were looking forward to the main.

“It left me expecting something much better”
Liked: It has the price of a 6 star hotel but the amenities, restaurant options and rooms would leave you a little bit dissatisfied. The main pool was under maintenance without notice or anything and we didn’t get any discounts or something to compensate for not being able to enjoy all the amenities promised
Disliked: Very outdated and overpriced.

Disliked: Pool and surrounding areas could be cleaner and better maintained. Some amenities, such as slippers and a bathrobe, were initially missing but were provided promptly upon request

“Very comfortable stay which nice rooms. Some staff were not always as attentive as you would expect at a Hilton but this”
Liked: Very nice facilities, a comfortable spacious room with air conditioning that actually works well. The rooms were cleaned at a good time, not too early, not too late.
Disliked: The pool bar staff did not come around with menus or to offer drinks or food and spend a lot of their time chatting. Meaning if you wanted food or drink you had to go to them and get their attention. There was also a strong smell of sewage in certain areas near the pool. Also the beach area is not private which means you end up being quite aggressively hassled by vendors. It also felt a bit unsafe to leave our possessions whilst we went into the sea.

“Good hotel but would appreciate if the food/drink prices were a bit lower”
Liked: The lobby/bar/rooms were fairly modern (bathrooms in rooms were a bit dated). Breakfast quality was good however overpriced for buffet ($90,000 COP per person). Pool areas (pools/bars/canopies) are well designed and modern. Towel service was quick. Room service was quick.
Disliked: The alcoholic drink prices at the restaurant and pool are way too expensive ($17,000 COP) when you can walk across the street and buy beer for $2500 COP. The small tiles in the pool need replacing. There is a risk of cutting your foot!
