Hilton Chicago

For living and stay! Easy to approach any place in Chicago.

Liked: Location was pretty good and had some restaurants and convenience store within walking distance

Disliked: Only complaint is we booked a lake view room and pictures show a full view of the lake but our room only had a window with a partial view and only visible if you stood right at the window and looked at the corner otherwise the view was just hotel windows

Liked: Great for marathon weekend

Liked: Perfect location, a few steps from the marathon start and finish. If I ever run the marathon again this hotel will be my first choice.

Disliked: At over $720 PER NIGHT (ok it was marathon weekend) I expected housekeeping. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping did not make my room up even once! I had to visit the front desk to get a coffee top up.

Liked: Central location, great staff, clean rooms.

Disliked: Food wasnt great, it was expensive.

Liked: Two bathrooms in the room. The doorman were excellent!

Disliked: Can’t think of anything

Liked: Good location close to the main streets. A big hotel so lots of room along with a car park which is very useful in a city like Chicago.

Disliked: Cost of parking was very expensive. Very few staff at reception both when I arrived to check in and also when I checked out which meant the process took longer than expected. The room was small with little daylight. The breakfast was of a poor standard and very expensive.

Liked: location/staff

Disliked: old room, main hallways weren't clean, room with view looking into brick wall
