“Convenient, great attentive staff.”

Liked: Location was most important for me - some day tour operators use this Hotel as a pick up spot and the main reason for my stay. The on site restaurant is also convenient.

Disliked: Maybe I missed it but wanted to do laundry and it was not obvious if they had services on site.

“Average experience with comfortable beds and a solid restaurant.”

Liked: The beds were super comfortable. There was a good onsite restaurant. The concierge was great.

Disliked: For the price, the facilities were a bit run down- the pool was nice but no lights at night, the hot tub was basic. The air conditioning was noisy- woke me up with a jackhammer sound, so I turned it off. It was a noisy location in terms of traffic. The front desk systems could be better- keys didn’t work, wifi internet patchy, people didn’t answer the internal phone. I didn’t expect this for the price of the stay.

“Money stolen from safe”

Disliked: I kept my cash in room safe. I used to recount it daily. On last day I noticed that from mine $2500 $300 were taken. I. Notified about that reception supervisor and chief security and they run room key and show me that room was entered that day. No words about compensation. Once again- money were in closed safe
