“I expected a bit more from Hilton Easton”

Liked: The location of this hotel in Easton is fantastic. It's within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The lobby is impressive and bright and there's plenty of parking. Sandra at the front desk was very friendly during check-in and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. In fact, all of the staff we interacted with were helpful. The breakfast buffet was tasty with an omelet station and both hot and cold options to choose from.

Disliked: There are several areas where this Hilton Easton can improve. One of the elevators was out of order, which made the wait for the only - exceptionally slow - working elevator a bit lengthy. Not a deal breaker, just a minor inconvenience. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and had a definite valley. I'd expected more from Hilton in terms of mattress comfort. There wasn't a blow drier in the bathroom, something that's generally a pretty standard feature. Finally, the walls are very thin. I could hear the neighboring room's conversations when they were speaking at a reasonable volume. Overall, our stay was nice, but with the reputation of Hilton Hotels, I'd expected a bit more.
