房間很大、整潔、舒適，地點方便，步行Han Market只需約8分鐘，樓下已有24小時便利商店。 由於今次旅程有事要延遲入住，職員都會很快回覆電郵且熱心協助。 有小小缺點是電梯的樓層制有時會感應不到，房間冷氣即使調至18度亦較熱。

We just received a small cake and thank you for your kind arrangement. Breakfast is an excellent menu but lounge service is not so good due to few foods.

We booked oceanview room but can not see the ocean. Room was clean though. Swimming pool is small. Breakfast was disappointing and crowded

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and appreciated the hospitality. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs with access to streaming platforms such as Netflix and YouTube. This would make the guest experience even better. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Location, facilities, and staff service were all just so-so. We were charged an extra bed fee because we were staying with a teenager. It wasn’t clear at booking but the charge was added at the hotel. The extra bed cost *** VND. I regret not knowing that from the start—if I had, I would have booked somewhere else. For the price, the pool facilities seemed quite lacking. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Vietnam and at resorts in other countries. People say hotels in Vietnam are relatively cheap, but that’s just a simple price comparison. It’s hard to compare hotels in other Southeast Asian resort destinations solely by price and star rating. In Vietnam, it’s difficult to choose based only on hotel rating... consider carefully.

First time at Hilton Da Nang, feel great for the location and staff is very nice

Liked: Excellent and exceptional. As I am a vegetarian, there were plenty of options, and the staff were even more courteous in preparing something that was not available

Disliked: Location of the pool and view

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was very tasty. Communication with staff was mainly in Vietnamese and English, and Japanese was hardly understood, which was a little inconvenient, but the location is very convenient for sightseeing. I would definitely like to stay here again.
